At Dream Baseball Tours, we plan everything so you don’t have to. See below for specific information about the trips, and don’t hesitate to email us with any questions you have.
What’s Included?
Hotel accommodations at AAA minimum 3 diamond rated hotels
Choose between single, double, triple, or quad rooms based on how many in your group
We take pride in where we stay. The hotels we choose are typically within walking distance of the ballparks or in city centers near sights you can visit
Our hotels we choose are very nice, 4 star or better when possible. These are not typically a Holiday Inn type outside of the city!
Tickets for each game
We work directly with all 30 MLB teams and sit mainly in the lower deck near infield or better
We spend a lot of time working to get top-notch seats that will give you a great view and great experience. We don’t just get into the stadium and sit in the outfield like some companies offer. We want you to love your seats as much as we do!
Travel to each city on a motor coach bus with restrooms, WiFi, and air-conditioning
Some trips could be on a bus without a bathroom. This is dependent on group size and Dream Baseball Tours will always give advanced notice if needed.
Travel will be during the day only and typically less than 6 - 8 hours per day
Stadium Tours when possible
Time to explore and see the sights in the various cities on our trips
All costs to any other included features of the tours such as Hall of Fame, group dinners, Field of Dreams
Cancellation Policy
For customer cancellations more than 60 days before departure, Dream Baseball Tours will provide a full refund for any payments made, including the Deposit amount.
Customer cancellations between 45-59 days before the tour start date are eligible for a refund of their trip minus deposit and a $50 processing fee. Deposit can be used towards a future trip within the current or next MLB Season only. Deposit amount can only be transferred to a new trip one time and cannot be refunded in the future.
For a cancellation inside 45 days before the tour start date, if a replacement is found on the Dream Baseball Tours’ wait list, Dream Baseball Tours may be able to provide a partial credit towards a future tour under these same conditions.
Cancellations for a trip requires written notice to be received at the Dream Baseball Tours office in Plainfield, IL prior to any date specified in the cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy for Tours in other countries
For customer cancellations more than 90 days before departure, Dream Baseball Tours will provide a full refund for any payments made, including the Deposit amount.
Customer cancellations between 75-89 days before the tour start date are eligible for a refund of their trip minus deposit. Deposit can be used towards a future trip within the current or next MLB Season only. Deposit amount can only be transferred to a new trip one time and cannot be refunded in the future.
For a cancellation inside 75 days before the tour start date, if a replacement is found on the Dream Baseball Tours’ wait list, Dream Baseball Tours may be able to provide a partial credit towards a future tour under these same conditions.
Dream Baseball Tours Cancellation
Dream Baseball Tours may cancel a tour at any time. If Dream Baseball Tours cancels a tour, any money paid toward that tour will be refunded to the customer in full no matter the time frame from the tour start. An option may be presented to the customer to move the money paid plus 10% to another planned trip or a future trip.
